and note that the Governor of HongKong has forwarded the

34 bales for the H.R.Wahlen Gesellschaft to Sydney for

transhipment to Rabaul.

We shall be obliged if you will inform us if our

invoice will be settled from the ppoceeds of the estate

of the H.R. Wahlen Gesellschaft direct, or if we should

make application either to the Governor of HongKong or

to the H.R.Wahlen Gesellschaft respectively, their

liquidator.
